Guideposts Sweet 16 CEASED PUBLICATION WITH THE AUG/SEPT 2007 ISSUE.

You should begin receiving issues of JUSTINE magazine for the issues that remain on your sub. Customer service says that your first issue of Justine will be the Jan/Feb issue. Justine is published on the same schedule as Sweet Sixteen but by a different publisher. They prolly bought out the subscriber obligation from Guideposts. Nuala'sMom

Did not work for me and my one profile works for everything -- from Holticulture to Esquire.

They must have run out.

It has been posted a few times but the repost arlert didn't come up becuase you used a link with your personal ID code in it or the ID code of the person who posted thisd e4lsewhere. No bid deal though - it's a great mag

Here's the corrected link:
http:///www.freebizmag.com/email16sweet01welcome.htm

I'll go find the priginal thread so these threads can be merged. Again, don't worry about it - nice to see people posting who haven't posted before!

Unfortunately this mag is not available for subs. Freebeiz mags leaves links active even when there are no subs to be had. I gtried using several FBM accounts and could not get them to offer me the mag which means - NO SUBS AVAILABLE. Just because an FBM link shows you an offer doesn't mean the offer is available - see my Mythbusting Thread linked to in my signature for the full deatils as to how thuis works.

Is anybody who has a subscription to this magazine still getting their magazines? I'm missing the last 2 issues for some reason and I know I got 1 more coming.

For anyone who has NOT received their last couple issues here is why...I called Guideposts today regarding my missing issues as my DD was wanting them. Cust service told me that this publication has been ceased!!! YIKES:(

They are going to fulfill the rest of any subscriptions starting with the Jan/Feb issue with the magazine JUSTINE.

Here is what I found about Justine for anyone who is not familiar with it:

Justine magazine, the new teen magazine geared to middle and high school girls, features the latest in fashion and beauty trends, room decoration tips, craft projects, and lifestyle issues that relate to teens. Justine empowers teenage girls by presenting positive messages that are hip, yet wholesome.

Magazine comes every 2 months just like Sweet 16 did.

Looks like there are mixed reviews on this magazine - Did not contain enough material about different subjects. For example, if it is prom season; the whole magazine was prom related. Needs to have more content dealing with everyday issues and concerns of the age group it has been designated for.

I bought this subscription as a gift to my daughter "Justine". The mag is full of fashion & beauty tips. Fun for her to get in the mail.

Hope this helps

I used to have a free sub to justine and I feel it's a much better magazine than Sweet 16 was. Just a better rounded mag. It's more age appropriate than Seventeen which has a lot of article devoted to stick-thin celebutantes and such.

I added info to the wiki.

If you don't get the new mag by the middle of feb - call Guideposts and Justine

Nothing works

Nothing works
I may have the answer to that and I'm not trying to be flip with you, honest:

Nothing works for you because:

A. The deal has been dead for some time
B. The mag ceased publication in Sept 07

You may wish to look at the wikipost which has more info on that. Readers who had reamining issues on their sub should soon be getting those reamining issues served to them by JUSTINE magazine.

When looking at mag offers, it is always best to read the first post, the wikipost and then the very last couple of posts. That should tell you if the deal is still live or not. Hope that helps!
