CVS receipt reprint info?

Does anyone know what the process is to have CVS reprint a receipt. I just realized that I have items from the Advil and Tylenol deal on the same receipt, and both MIRs ask for the 'original' receipt. If the store can do it, how is it done? Or do I need to call customer service? Sorry if this info has been posted elsewhere. Thanks in advance!:)

I've been told they cannot do a reprint of your receipt. Only thing to do is make a copy and include a note with the copy. Usually works.
