CVS Ad/Deals thread for the week of 10/21-27 is HERE (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?sduid=59052&t=625436)

There are two CVS threads for each weekly ad. So, how do you know what to put where?
- Anything that everyone needs to know should go in the Ad/Deals thread (prices, coupons, what worked that shouldn't have, what didn't work that should have). The Wiki post (always the 2nd post in a thread) is updated constantly by users just like you!

- Ask yourself: "Does someone who is checking this thread via dialup before going to CVS really need to know this information?" If not, put it in the Discussion thread!

- Other stuff like questions, scenarios, what you plan to buy, what you bought, how great the deals are, how bad the deals are, chat where you're getting to know other SD CVS'ers etc, should all go in the discussion thread for each week.

Keeping track of all the CVS threads:
Subscribe to the threads you want to keep track of. (See links below)

To subscribe to a thread when you're already in the thread:
- go to the top of the page
- click on Thread Tools on the upper right hand side
- click Subscribe to this thread

To see the threads you've subscribed to, click "User CP". It's at the top of every page on the left. Any of your subscribed threads that have new posts will show in the center of the page. You can also click “View all subscribed threads” to see all threads, whether they have new posts or not.

(You can also 'sticky' every CVS thread to the top (also under Thread Tools), so if you go into Hot Deals or Deal Talk or Coupons you see all CVS threads at the top of the page.)

NEW: Too many pages in your CVS threads?
You can change your settings to show more posts per page, with the maximum being 40 posts per page. (This lets you scroll down more without having to keep hitting 'next page')

Go to “User CP”
Click on “Edit Options”
Scroll down until you see "Use this option to set the number of posts to show in a thread before splitting the display into multiple pages."
You'll see a drop down box where you can select the Number of Posts to Show Per Page.
If you make a change be sure to scroll down to the bottom and click on “Save Changes”

i've made a note of this deal.. just need to collect a few of the coupons. thanks and repd.
great way to recycle for another week...

and even with a limit of only 1 ecb deal on the renu, extra runs of that coupon (from different PCs) are great as a free after coupon filler.

now can I just throw in the new coupon also and get the Free Bleach?

you can try. it's up the cashier. it should go through since you have 3 items... but using 2 extra coupons for the 3 items is iffy. try it, see what happens.

CVS newbie here, this will be my third week.

Anyone know a way I can work out a better deal? Thanks.
If you dont have many ecbs, avoid big transactions.
1.
4 beano 11.96-4
1 gasx 2.69-1
14.65 -2/10 -8ecb ==>4.65 taxable - 5mfc
use 8, get 11.96, 3

2.
8 tylenol 60.xx -34
60- 10/50 -14.96ecb ==>35.xx taxable -34 mfc
use 3, 11.96 get 30

If you have more things to get, I'd split up the 2nd transaction too (dont like to go that far over the $/$$ coupon threshold). hth

No, I haven't scouted prices yet.

I love this deal. For some reason, if there's ecb's associated with a really good deal, when I max out the ECB's i feel like i need to stop. So with this revlon deal, I don't have to worry about that, because the sky (or stock) is the limit.

Both of my sisters' birthday's are within a month of Christmas on either side (one in december and one in Feb) so they will be getting makeup baskets this year I think!

Since it's not an ECB deal, finding the cheapest thing is not necessary. I realize that we all love free stuff... but having 40 eye pencil sharpeners won't make much of a birthday gift.

Highly unlikely, since that only adds up to $65.

And for a multitude of other reasons too difficult to explain in a short period of time. Someone else will have to take this one, sorry, gotta get to sleep.

does someone have the spreadsheet that has the running sales tax totals? (to use with the holding man'f q's till the end)

I thought someone was talking about how to program it, but I can't remember who or where it was.

attached mine for you. please give unmentionables to mymooby (wherever she is!) since she did all the hard work on it! if you need to know where something goes let me know. the colum labeled "taxable" either is left blank (not taxable) or a "y" put in it (for taxable). and you'll need to change box H42 (looks like =IF((J41-G41)>0,(J41-G41)*0.081,0) ) to your tax rate (bolded part)

In regards to the b1g1 on Revlon... Looks like nail polish will be a GREAT FILLER ITEM to pick ur total up to whatever amt your seeking.

So Say a $8 filler is needed
3.99
3.99
3.99
3.99
--------
$16
-8 CVS discount
-8 -. I used a lot in Ralphs for Nail polish.... Just curious do you think Revlon will come in Black or is that only NYC that has black nail polish... Halloween El Witcho...LOL

Although can't find the dark dark reddish brown color at Ralphs. Maybe some French Manicure colors or are they more expensive than the regular colors.
PS Now we need a nail polish remover deal....LMAO

So you received your $10 extra buck and only spent $19.98 for the tylenol offer?

yes, that is right. The total for the Tylenol was $19.98 but the 10 ECB still printed. The prices for the eligible products are convienetly marked $8.99 and $9.99. I actually asked the cashier about this before I purchased. She made a phone call and when she hung up said that if it didn't print she would give me a $10 CVS gift card. I love that CVS it's my favorite one.

Did my deals yeasterday with a combo of most of last weeks (ie covergirl/razors..ect and some of this weeks bic/ect) Between my cards, I made $105 in ECB's...that is nuts!!!! I now have maxed out the CG on all six cards...(I have more lip gloss then the store:lol: ) It's good though b/c I am sending all the stuff bought on my mom's card to her, on my hubbys mom's to her, and using the rest for Christmas. As for the ECB's..not sure yet? I need to get a curler..so maybe I will keep my eye out for one.

I'm at work right now.. :construc: this 7 day a week 10hrs a day sucks:( At least we are only a few days from turning over another Wedge!!! It makes it hard to find time to CVS! I had to stop by a 24hr one today on the way to work. Spent $7 ECB got back $34. I am litterally going to have Garnier and lipstick comming out of my bedroom, house, and every other place after this week.

I already have over $500 in Garnier(from last month)...and I have 40 $2 coupons for this weeks b1g1 sale...which means buy 2 $6.99 minus 2 $2.00 coupons...=$1.99 so...$39.80 for $279.60 of more Garnier stuff...of course basicly free with all the $/$$ coups. Add that to the Revlon B1G1 this week...:whee: :whee: :whee: This week is nutts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :insane:

Question about the Revlon:

My CVS always has me give them my ECB card first, so will the Revlon automatically count as BOGO? In other words, if I bought two Revlon products that each cost $5, that doesn't count $10 towards my total (for $/$$ use), does it? I would *think* it would just count $5 toward my total. Does anyone know?

Thanks!

I was pretty happy by this week's ECB deals... The Tylenol is a steal when you combine the 3 of the $5.00 coupons and the $5.00 rebate.. the Energizer batteries are always a great deal, and buying Gas X for $2.89 and getting $3.00 back in ECB is nice as well.

After combining all of my previous ECB and the tons of coupons, I spent about $5.25 and am getting $5 back in a rebate!

depends on casher, if the casher push the total button before taking any coupons, only $5 will count. if the casher push the total button after all the coupons being entered/scanned, $10 will count.

But I was thinking since they aren't Qs, but rather a CVS deal, maybe it wouldn't count?

And I think they usually do push total before the Qs. I'll just plan on them not counting toward the total....which is okay--already making money with these deals! :)

If you scan your card 1st and cashier pushes total like they are supposed to, then only $5 counts b/c it will take off the $5 free one...if cashier does not hit the button, then it will appear as if you had the $10 on your order...be careful, b/c when this happens, you need to remember what will be comming off at the end or you will go negative.

This may have been because this week's Tylenol deal is actually part of the J&J deal from two week's ago;thererefore, if you maxed it out then, you can't do the deal this week. Alternatively, if you already have something going towards the deal, you can buy more Tylenol and try to max out that deal this week. I had done one offer 2 weeks ago for the J&J. Today, I purchased 3 Tylenols and all of them went towards the J&J, and I got the 10 ECB's. On my other card, I had already done 4 deals, so I bought two more Tylenols, got the 10 ECB's and it now says offer limit reached.

The arthritis needs to be the 80 or 100 count and those were priced at $9.69 at my store. Keep in mind, the prices at my home store are often on the high end, if not the highest.

I believe you bought the size too large -- check to see the count on the arthritis.

So the $13.19 is not counting towards the deal.

No, only did 1 J&J deal before, the receipt indeed showed J&J deal, limit not reached. But my 2nd transaction, went through ok. Hopefully, they will add 10 ECB to my card as they promised. I'm not greedy, only 1 card, not stacking coupons. I found my local stores are low in stock most of the time, say Beano, gone from the beginning of the month. Never had crt printed out with my card, never fond any coupons in store. But as long as the cashiers are nice there, I'll shop there.

My guess is that the person who bought 2 Tylenols at 9.99 each had previously bought some Tylenol (or Mylanta, Motrin, Pepcid or St Joseph) in the Buy $20 worth of J&J McNeil products, get $10, so she may have bought more than $20 last time, and the amount carried over to this week.

I bought 12.29 tylenol PM (100 ct plus bonus 20 ct) and 8.69 extra strength 100 ct. I did get the $10 EB, and my total shows 44.98 towards the reward, so I think I only need another 15.02 to get another $10 EB.

actually it does count. i bought 2 g.c. last night and they counted. its still highly YMMV. one of stores is "must purchase seperatly w/cash/credit" and most of my other stores will put it in my order and just go with the flow (register). but ALL of the registers i've tried it on the g.c. will count towards your total.

Thanks a lot. I'll try in my store today.

Flame me... I'm a total noob with a brand new CVS card that's never been used. I keep reading these threads trying to figure out where to jump in to the ECB game, but I just end up with a headache (maybe I should buy the $50 worth of Tyleno). Does anyone have the patience to give me a simple first-time directive since I have no coupons, etc. I assume I have none of these $5 off $20, etc coupons since they didn't come with the card.
get the coupons in the coupon thread here http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?t=631977 its the second post. you can get the 5 off coupons for the tylenol at tylenol.com (click on the red part then scroll down to 'download coupon'.) you will have to print at different computers to get 5, bcause you can only print 2 at each computer.

I don't post much but I READ {giggle}

Today I got:

12 cans of soup (campells)
2 packs AA batteries
1 pack Bic razors
2 revlon lips gloss B1G1
2 GN face products B1G1
1 Keri lotion
1 Triaminc Vapor
2 Ghiardelli bags of chocolate
1 pediacare vapor fan
2 polly pocket sets

After Coupons total was $22.37, and I got back $15 in ECB

All in all it was a good day and we don't need soup for a while {giggle}

It's my understanding that 10$ will count towards the total. :dontknow:
I utilized B1G1 free Q's on my deals before and didn't have a problem with getting credit for the free item.

They are not Q's. They are CVS special B1G1.

I would call customer service. My receipt has said I need to spend $19.99 to get the next ecb . Your reciept should say ypu need to spend $ .01 for the ecb of the items you bought were correct.

The CVS thread in the coupon forum :)

thanx, I have to run over there now ....:)

I did 2 Tylenol deals in 2 transactions this morning. One with 10 ECB, the other didn't print out. Same store. The manager told me the 10 ECB was added to my card and would show up w/n 48 h. Kinda weired.

Walked into CVS and was told that Indianapolis is monitoring their registers now and they can only accept one $/$ c/o per transaction.
Based on that knowledge, I picked up two $7.49 Tylenol and one $5.?9 Tylenol, thinking I could use a 4/20 and $11 in c/o's to get back $10 EBs.
I spent .38 oop and $12 EBs only to find that my receipt had nothing but bad news on it!

No EB, cashier missed one of my $5 c/o's (which explains the need for $12 EBs!), not looking too good at this point!!

The manager offered to refund everything since I got the wrong size products and I ended up with her giving me back the .38 and a g.c. for $21.11.

So I didn't get any Tylenol, but I did get a bag of raspberry M&M's for free (they were 1.75 and on that receipt so I'm not sure why I got back the .38 I had paid)
You really must check your CVS for these!! They are soooooo good!!!

this is probably really old news, but maybe it's new for someone. I know it was posted a few weeks ago with the EoB deal. Anyway, I bought 3 of the $2.99 EoB mesh sponges and they counted toward the $15 total, so I'm $6.03 away from getting $5 back. :)

I got my first $/$$ CRT on my receipt today :sheep: (been wanting to use this guy for awhile), but I miss understood the HE deal and thought it was 2ECB per item instead of 2 for 2 oh well, still had a good trip.

Ok, so I was a dummy and bought the wrong Tylenols today. GO ahead and :bonk: me. I bought 2 Tylenol Extra Strength caplets (100 ct) and 1 Tyl. Ex Str Caplets (150 ct).

However, for some reason, my ECB says:
J&J products- amount toward this reward- $17.78
........................ amount needed to earn reward- $2.01

Now I did not do any J&J deal previously, so how is this showing up?

Do I need to take my Tylenols back and switch them out for the correct sizes? And the next question would be, will they still count my $5 coupons on that exchange?

Thanks in advance. This ECB is hard to follow, but I am picking and choosing my deals little by little. Thanks for everyone's posts and examples.

The 2 100ct. you bought were the right ones (that's why you have $17.78 towards reward)...just the 150ct. was wrong. Tough to say on the coupons...they'll probably just return the item at full price--there's no way for them to actually know you used a coupon on that specific item. :)

I found a revlon pencil sharpener for 2.99
FYI...The sharpener does not count as BOGO. I bought two nail polishes and two sharpeners today. The polish came off, but the second sharpener did not.

Also, for those of us that do not get to do the Renu deal, check your samples area. I found Renu samples for $2.19, used the $2.50 coupons, and got them for free. They are a great size for travel or to keep as a spare in your purse.

The $3.00 Alka Seltzer does not have to be the Mucas and Congestion stuff. I used it on the regular cold stuff, and it worked fine.

Finally, if you have the BOGO Extra gum CRT, combine it with two $1.00 off coupons from 9/16 SS to get free gum!

Also, I "splurged" and bought two Revlon nail polishes for 4.29, used a 2 crt and paid 2.29 total for 2 nail polishes. Of course, I threw in other stuff, used a money off and ECB, so they were free :)

anybody else have this problem with the Gas-X deal this week?

tried to buy 3 Gas-X to get to $30.00 so I can use $5/$30....
they rang up at $2.89 and when I got my receipt, I only received ONE ECB for $3 for the Gas-X.
Should have received $3 for each one. showed it to the manager and she would not budge, even though i showed her the ad says 'limit 5 per card'.
Would you take it up with customer service on Monday, or would you get your money back on a money card? ( i paid with ECB's for my whole order and like $1.00)

I went in w/ one deal, but because of the Beano I had to rework everything in store. Here is my haul incase anyone is trying to come up w/ small trips. I am planning on making quite a few $20-$30 trips this week with the J&J deal.

Keri $8.49
Tyl PM $13.19
Tyl EZ $8.99

-CVS q 5/30
-CVS q 4/20
-CVS CRT 3/15

-Keri q $3.00
-$5 ECB

OOP = $1.60 (tax + $.67)
ECB back = $14
CRTs back = 3/15, CVS 2.5/10, 10/50 online w/ free shipping

I also met my favorite cashier yet, who told me new shipments come in Wed. and then at the register offered to call me if the Beano comes in!!! :) :) :)

Gas X is limit one in my ad.

i looked at the ad again...."Extra Bucks limit of 5 per card number".

this deal I did had me spending my $24 ECB and getting back 3 ECB's that totaled $24 ECB's.

so, would you go back to the store and return the items and get a Moneycard to make up the lost ECB's or would you call customer service to have them correct the matter. I just don't know how likely they are to correct it. A friend of mine says they do it by having the register spit it out the next time you go shopping.

Just seeking advice on which way to handle this.

I need a standing ovation...I've said this before, but I have shopped at CVS for a couple of years and I have been slick-dealing it for quite a bit of months, but I believe Miranda gave me good luck w/her receipt....I just came back from CVS and my total was $46.93 and after all Q's & just 1 $4/$20 I spent....Drumroll please......
$1.70!!!!! Seriously, this has been the BEST trip ever... I got back $9 in ECB back...But you know what bothers me is that I did not get the $3 ECB's back for the Bic and also I purchased 2 of the Benefibers and only received $4 back...I thought I would get back $8...On the little display it did say limit one but then on my receipt it doesn't say offer reached??? Anyway, I was bummed about those 2 things but exstatic about my $1.70 OOP!!! WOO! HOO!!! GO ME!!!! :woot: :woot:

I need a standing ovation...I've said this before, but I have shopped at CVS for a couple of years and I have been slick-dealing it for quite a bit of months, but I believe Miranda gave me good luck w/her receipt....I just came back from CVS and my total was $46.93 and after all Q's & just 1 $4/$20 I spent....Drumroll please......

has anyone done the garnier nutritioniste deals today? I'm trying to come up with a scenario to get them free or close after using the $2 coupons on each. They seem to be 14.99 w/ a 14.99 product free, or 6.99 w/ a 6.99 product free.
Suppose I get two 14.99 products and four 6.99 products. That's 57.94 worth of products with 28.97 free, so net of 28.97. Will a 10/50, 5/30 work, or is it all dependent on when the "total" button is pressed to determine the starting price?

The scenarios I have are as follows, assuming the following:

(2) 14.99 items = 29.98
(4) 6.99 items = 27.96

Scenario 1: (Total is based on the full amount of the products before B1G1)
Total 57.94
-28.97 B1G1
-10/50
-5/30
-$12 (6 $2 coupons)
= 2.94 OOP

Scenario 2 (Total is based on post-b1g1 price)
Total: 28.97 + (add 1.03 filler to use 5/30) = 30.00
-5/30
-4/20
-3/15
-12 (6 $2 coupons)
= 6.00 OOP

Anyone have a better way to do this?

for those wanting to do the B1G1 revlon deal. go here https://www.revlon.com//Security/Register/Register.aspx to signup and print out a 2 off any revlon color cosmetic. says 'not valid on trial sizes or special offers' would the b1g1 special at cvs be considered a 'special offer'?

I'm sorry that this isn't working for others. However, it did indeed work me :look: and I did not carry anything over from a previous order. Perhaps it was a mistake??? I don't know??? but it DID work......I wonder if I am the only one :look:

That was all you - I'm always using lots of $/$$s and ECBs. That list of coupons I posted still had my ECB total go down.

or is it all dependent on when the "total" button is pressed to determine the starting price?

yup :(
I ran into a BOGO issue over the weekend. I had $90+ when she told me the total so I handed over the 15/75 - then she hit total and it went down to about $70 and she said she couldn't take it. :( I was going to use a $15 and a $10 but instead I used 2 $10s, a $5, and a $4. :teehee:

The 2 100ct. you bought were the right ones (that's why you have $17.78 towards reward)...just the 150ct. was wrong. Tough to say on the coupons...they'll probably just return the item at full price--there's no way for them to actually know you used a coupon on that specific item. :)

They do give you credit for the coupons because they have no way of returning the coupons to you. Therefore you will get a refund for the full purchase price.

I was wondering what coupon everyone is using for the Revlon Nail Polish? I tried with the $2 Color one and it beeped..so cashier said no go. That same coupon worked fine for the color eye shadow and eye linner.

My cashier looked at the coupon then keyed it in. Did anyone have any problems using a coupon on the free item.

I skimme dthrough all the posts and it looks like no one is getting into the Herbal Essences deal. Only me and someone else...

i am ALL over it! i love love  HE and if i can get it in cvs even paying full price i will. its like Gmoney with her garnier! :lmao: i bought 12 bottles last week and will be buying as much or more this week! sooo happy theres another deal on this stuff cause i got HOOKED last time they had 'em for ecb deals.

Which stores will let you include the gc with the purchsase? I have a lot of ECB that I need ot use in in coming weeks, and have been trying to figure out the gc angle...any tips or ideas would be more than welcome!

ok well your BEST bet is evenings at alvernon/speedway store. the night managers name is Rich and he's checked me out 2x in a row with gift cards NO PROBLEM. the day time staff is still wonderful but i've never had sarah (store manager) check me out before so i am not sure of her reaction. but mostly the day cashiers are really good and trained so unless you have a huge ecb (15/75's don't beep for me ever) then the cashiers can get everything done and they are mostly guys and don't care if you pay less than a buck for a $25 g.c. if you don't care if its hit or miss you can try the evenings at houghton/golflinks (got my g.c. there last night) and also golflinks/pantano theres a guy in the evenings who will let it go through no problems. i usually don't shop in the evenings and just TRY it if i want. i usually have a $75 order w/gc so when you i take out a $25 gc i just take my $15/75 printable out and i don't have to rethink everything. just don't steal all the stock!! :lmao: i probably won't go until tuesday to shop. oh and all these stores will take the expireds except POSSIBLY the pantano/golflinks if the store manager is hovering over the cashiers or you get someone who needs help with the q's. do not EVER go the the 5th/alvernon store unless you just have to get some clearance or scan your card. they are DEATHSTAR 99% of the time.

I just went to my old PC to print more of the Garnier nutrition coupons. I had to bring the printer over too. I didn't know my old pc still had the laser printer (which is out of commission for now) as the default printer. By the time I found that out, it was too late. My old PC is still on Windows XP. So I saved off a restore point there before going in to print again. Afterward, I restored back to the restore point and tried printing again. No luck. Looks like restore point doesn't work on Windows XP anymore. Does anyone know if there is a way on Windows XP to move the print jobs from the print queue of one printer to another one? THeres quite a few deals besides the freebies this month to get your ecb's recycled.
* cvs soap (working with 3/10 and 2/10 you'll break even)
* HE Deal
* Gas X deal combined with others in equation
* Tylenol

I was wondering what coupon everyone is using for the Revlon Nail Polish? I tried with the $2 Color one and it beeped..so cashier said no go. That same coupon worked fine for the color eye shadow and eye linner.
The $2 Q will beep and the cashiers at Ralphs pushed them thru ... THe coupon is able to be used on Nail polish. Used it more than the fingers on one hand.

Have anyone trie the $1 off 2 Campbell Chunky fully loaded coupon on the $1.5 can of soup at cvs? Does it work?
I ve used the $1/2 and the .50/2 on 2 cans... This deal can make for an awesome deal with those 2 combined pending your cashier is nice but the coupons do scan. Say ur getting 4 cans
1can
2can
3can
4can
-1/2
-1/2
-.50
Its going to be half the amt of Qs you already have. Tried it so many other ways and this is the way to maximize ur benefits.

Does anyone know if this is true......??

"CVS has a deal where you earn $5 gift certificates for every two Rolaids or Listerine PocketPacks a customer buys. These items cost about 99 cent each, meaning a profit of $3 per transaction. The deal is unlimited. After a two day wait, you can repeat the process, using the certificates from before to buy the new Rolaids and Listerine, repeat, repeat."
Now this would be stella if this was so and the cheapest I've gotten Listerine strips is for 50 cents. There used to be sample packets of Listerine at Ralphs and inside the packet is a 50 cent coupon on any size expiration in 2008

just want to give people a 'heads up' on the Garnier deal if they happen to hate having to return crap:
.
the ad says $4ECB when you purchase the big bottles of shampoo or conditioner - like 25oz for $7.79 each in my area.
Or, according to the ad, as well as the sign in the aisle, you can buy the deep conditioner that is only $4.29 each for a 10.2 oz bottle.
Without Garnier coupons, I didn't want to waste my ECB's on such expensive bottles
Well, it didn't work, and even though the manager agreed with me that I should get the $8 ECB's for the 2 small bottles. He said there was nothing he could do and I ended up getting a moneycard.
This is the second mistake in the ad in my area and it is becoming a real pain in the a$$ to deal with the managers who don't want to give you your ECB's back on a moneycard.

That was sweet, especially with the (2)$5 cpns off and got back $5 ECB on each!!!

The sign was up at my store as well. I only had one $5 coupon, so I had her void the second off my order and politely showed the manager where the ad info was and suggested removing the signs to prevent further confusion for others. I could have pushed the issue to get the second one for free, but I walked in 15 minutes before closing and got a $94 order, and they were very nicely stacking the $/$$ coupons for me, so I didn't push the issue, lol.

I wanted to get more newspapers while I was in there, so I could get more of the $5 coupons, but they were all gone :(

my ad has no PSA listed. So Extra Strength small size (20 24? ct) should work, right? $4.49 x 9= 40.41 - 8 $5 tylenol qs for a $20 ecb. anyone confirmed small size works, yet?

These did not work. Smallest size I found that would work were $7.something. I may call CS today, though, as I based my purchase on the sign they had posted in front of the tylenol, which did not have sizes or PSA information. Then again, considering I got it all for free, maybe I shouldn't call!

actually it does count. i bought 2 g.c. last night and they counted. its still highly YMMV. one of stores is "must purchase seperatly w/cash/credit" and most of my other stores will put it in my order and just go with the flow (register). but ALL of the registers i've tried it on the g.c. will count towards your total.

Glad to know that for you the gc are working, but as a heads up to the new folks on this board, there are many of us who have been doing CVS deals for quite some time who have had our stores pretty much tell us not to do gc deals anymore - and some in quite clear and distinct words, right edlind? When the store suddenly audits and realizes what has happened, doing gc's will make you stand out like a sore thumb.

I skimme dthrough all the posts and it looks like no one is getting into the Herbal Essences deal. Only me and someone else...

I have maxed out this deal on both cards, but yesterday both times the cashier refused the $5 hair color coupon. It scans just fine, but then they specifically asked me 'did you buy this' and I told them 'oh no, I didn't, sorry'. So they voided it off. Different stores, different cashiers, so this is another one of the cvs YMMV deals! Still a great deal though.

Ok
Everyone.
I need a standing ovation...
$1.70!!!!! Seriously, this has been the BEST trip ever...

Good for you! Soon you'll be finding the ways to only carry a $1 bill with you into cvs, as all you'll need is change to pay for your order.

Could somebody who has done the physicians forumula MIR, please PM me the UPC for Cover ToxTen Wrinkle Therapy Foundation?

TIA

I would recommend just going into a store and finding what you bought, then copying the UPC off of it. That way you know you've got the one that will match your receipt. Many times if the actual UPC is not needed and I've torn apart the packaging, I'll do this.

for the HE deal its a new deal this week right? since its not monthly i would guess so but with the jandj i am not sure.... i maxed out 2 cards last week and i depseratly want to max them this week too.

This is not a new deal, it's a continuation of the deal we had earlier in the month.

Still a great deal though.

so did you use the b1g1 coup and the haircolor coup on your HE order? I have 1 of the b2g1 (used one on a deal last week) and 2 of the 5 off haircolor coups. how did you use them? im also guessing they didn't beep
