The Ad/Deals thread for this week is HERE (http://forums.slickdeals.net/showthread.php?sduid=59052&t=639207).

There are two CVS threads for each weekly ad. So, how do you know what to put where?
- Anything that everyone needs to know should go in the Ad/Deals thread (prices, coupons, what worked that shouldn't have, what didn't work that should have). The Wiki post (always the 2nd post in a thread) is updated constantly by users just like you!

- Ask yourself: "Does someone who is checking this thread via dialup before going to CVS really need to know this information?" If not, put it in the Discussion thread!

- Other stuff like questions, scenarios, what you plan to buy, what you bought, how great the deals are, how bad the deals are, chat where you're getting to know other SD CVS'ers etc, should all go in the discussion thread for each week.

Keeping track of all the CVS threads:
Subscribe to the threads you want to keep track of. (See links below)

To subscribe to a thread when you're already in the thread:
- go to the top of the page
- click on Thread Tools on the upper right hand side
- click Subscribe to this thread

To see the threads you've subscribed to, click "User CP". It's at the top of every page on the left. Any of your subscribed threads that have new posts will show in the center of the page. You can also click “View all subscribed threads” to see all threads, whether they have new posts or not.

(You can also 'sticky' every CVS thread to the top (also under Thread Tools), so if you go into Hot Deals or Deal Talk or Coupons you see all CVS threads at the top of the page.)

NEW: Too many pages in your CVS threads?
You can change your settings to show more posts per page, with the maximum being 40 posts per page. (This lets you scroll down more without having to keep hitting 'next page')

Go to “User CP”
Click on “Edit Options”
Scroll down until you see "Use this option to set the number of posts to show in a thread before splitting the display into multiple pages."
You'll see a drop down box where you can select the Number of Posts to Show Per Page.
If you make a change be sure to scroll down to the bottom and click on “Save Changes”

I know the $2.00 Garnier moisturizer Q's were working on the towelettes and face scrub, did anyone try the $5.00 peelies from Target for the kits on one of the $5.99 items instead? I think I have one left, I might try it out.

It's hard to say unless we know where you are. Some items can cost $1 more or less, depending on the area.

This will also depend on the ad. Sometimes, only the certain size packs of batteries are included in the offer. So if you buy the wrong size pack, you won't get any credit towards your purchase.

Do you have children/nieces/nephews, etc? Can always use more batteries for those pesky toys! Advil and Dimetapp are close to break even, and Garnier is a money maker with the $2 coupons. Chocolate's a good price if you want it. Combine some of these deals on Sunday with the $/$$ coupons if your store will take them, and there are some great money makers.

Thanks for your help.... I know this is the discussion thread, but I mean the ad thread. It links to what is dated 11/17. In other words, is the forum titled 11/17 actually the 11/11 - 11/17 thread then? Everytime I do a search for cvs 11/11, it obviously doesn't come up. I think it also throws me off because in this original post it says the 11/18 is not available..but it is...so I wasn't 100% sure

*edit~~ OK!! I finally got it!! It is written 11-17, as in 11/11 through 11/17. Thanks > shar0713 for clearing that up. Guess I have to learn to think outside the box a little.. lol

yes, it is for the Dove Vitalizer.

I should add, these were free a long time back and it is the weirdest free item I have ever gotten. It is a handheld vibrating face cleaner and you have to buy pad replacements. I hated it, it was scratchy and dry.

I want to do the 4/$12 Coke, I have 2 $1 off Coke Zero cpn
I could use the Scott Paper towels 8 pk that are $4.99
All else is added bonus, I have $2 off Garnier product Qs, $1.50 Purell Q's, etc.

Worked fine. I've already done the majority of next week's deals! Hit 2 CVS stores after dinner because they always switch over the night before and are usually out of a bunch of stuff by the time I get my butt in gear on Sunday a.m. I'm up $39 in ecb, so now have enough for a new Christmas tree! I'm mad at myself because I got the wrong Crest Pro-Health rinse (1L instead of 1.5) b/c I grabbed what was next to the sign. Grrr. Also, had some problems figuring out what Children's Tylenol works. Got the melts and the 24 ct Jr, both no-go. The Jr. Motrin worked fine. I also need to do the rest of the Energizer deal and am trying to figure out if the Advil deal is worth it since you have to pay for it separately at the pharmacy.

I did most of the other deals, and paid under $2 on a gift card, no ecbs, and got back $39. Not a bad night!

awesome! i did 3 orders tonight and got 83 ECB's back (8 from last weeks deal that was still activated). total OOP on all orders was about 14 bucks, and recycled 12 ECB's. almost did all the deals, i think all but 3. im glad i went early, because someone on the coupon thread said tonight the 10/28 coupons said 'inactive' when they tried to use them. *farewell sweet coupies! :crying:*

Hello everyone -- popping out of my rock to ask a question (and beg on the second one actually)

Is the best way around to maximizing the Energizer battery deal really just buying 5 of the $8.99 packs to get over $40? No way of maybe just buying 4 and half a pack? I know, I know, what is another 4.95 when you can use manu qs and CRTs, etc... but it just grates that it has to be spend $20 and yet the price for each pack is $8.99 and mathematically speaking, there is just no way to get to the threshold without going way over. Ugh.

My other question -- with an extra dose of begging -- just how common are these Diabetic books? I have been to about 6 CVSes and I have yet to find one booklet. In fact, I have yet to find one CVS employee who even knows what it looks like and I have asked at least 20 different people already. So to get to my point -- is there anyone here who would like to take pity on poor ol' me and maybe send some my way? Pretty please? I don't know what I could trade for them but give me suggestions and I would be happy to work out something. I hate to beg here (and I do apologize if I am being in poor form) but after two weeks of asking around and being shot down every time, I just haven't got hope left that I would ever find these in my area. I can't trade my first born only coz I already promised that for another big favor I asked from someone before  but I am pretty open to other trading offers. :) Thank you so much!

Tonight I went to CVS and bought Ultra Smart blood glucose monitor, on sale for $30, and there is a $30 coupon in tomorrow's V. By the time I added 4 Garnier face scrubs, I had $54, and used my $10/50 + 4 $1 qs, so paid $10 in ECB and got $20 ECB back.

Deal 2 - got UltraSmart plus 3 Sunday papers@$1.75, used $5/30, so paid .24 for my papers, which have more UltraSmart qs.

My stores aren't letting us stack anymore, but I surely cashed in during the last 3 weeks when they did!

I wasn't thinking before, I just started paying attention to the new ad. It doesn't say you have to buy those $8.99 batteries, it just says to buy Energizer Alkaline batteries. You should be able to buy smaller packs to get your total closer to $40. HTH :)

yes it should. there will be a total of what you've spent on the deal on the listed deals on your receipt, and right under should say how much to get next ecb.

It says:

Amount Toward this Reward 23.97
Amount Needed to Earn Reward 20.00

So does this mean that I need $16.03 more to get another Enegizer $10 ECB?

I messed up a lil with the batteries, as I purchased three 8 packs for $7.99 each, thus the $23.97. The 16 pack AA for $8.99 is a better deal than the 8 pack for $7.99. I think I can salvage/get the best deal if I buy two 16 packs the second time, if I can use the previous $3.97 overage.

if your ad is more than a limit 1 on the batteries, then yes, you should be able to buy 16.03 to get the next ecb

It's been my experience that when your amt toward reward is greater than the amt needed to earn reward that the limit has not been reached and so you should be able to get yourself to $40 to get another ecb reward.

Does your receipt say limit reached with an asterisk? My guess would be no and another hint that you have not reached your limit.

I don't know why your ad would say limit one. Maybe it's a typo in your area.

There was a picture of it in the ad that ended the 3rd of Nov I think. It's blue, pretty thick. I have found them at the registers and pharmacy. I can send the pages of coupons to you to save on postage but I'll bet that your stores have them and if they are not out they have them all wrapped up ready to put them out but they just haven't done it yet.

The recharger is SUPPOSED to be $21+ at our store and it rang up $8.99

I got 3 packs of the 16 batteries at $8.99 each and 2 of the rechargables at $8.99 I got back $20 in ECB and it says OFFER LIMIT REACHED. So you can buy either up to $40 to get $20 back

WOW!

I just got a LECTURE from an ASSistance manager. He was UPSET cause people were coming in and buying stuff causing empty shelves and then there wouldn't be any for the other people to buy. (This is what happens when people buy things right?) So I said to him in a NICE way that they should order more and he said no, they order enough. Then he went on to made a DEROGITORY comment about a certain ethnic group that comes in and buys so much stuff it empties the shelves, just so they can resell it in their own stores. This all within earshot of the cashier who is from that particular ethnic group. Now, if I was that cashier I would be contacting my HR department about the manager's DEROGITORY comment. I let him know that i definately dont resell anything and that i give a lot of what i get away to people who can use the stuff and I tell them where it comes from, so they are essentially getting free advertising. Anyways, after a 10 min LECTURE, chit-chat with that ASSistant manager, i was able to get all my stuff, but in the future I'm limited to 2 or 3 of any particular thing. O.O

Wow, what a jerk! I love my store. I went to exchange my Crest Pro-Health mouthwash since I got the wrong size last night. Also, my children's Tylenol didn't count. He was going to give me a moneycard so I could get the right ones, but at the last minute decided to just give me cash. I pocketed the money and put the right items in my new order, and used coupons and ecb to pay, and got back twice what I used. I'm officially done with this week's deals as well as the monthly deals! This is my mini shopping list after the 10/28 coupons no longer work...

2 L'oreal foundations
2 L'oreal bronzers/blushes
1 Neutrogena face scrub/wipes

total about $26

- 2 x $5 off $25 coupons
- $4 welcome coupon
- 4 x $2 off L'oreal coupons
- 1 x $2 off Neutrogena

= final total should be around $1

And if you do this deal twice, you'll also get $10 ECB on the Neutrogena deal. :D

Deal for today.. it was a good one, using no expireds!

1 Ameal $29.99
2 x Garnier Nutritioniste $5.99 each
2 x Dimetapp $4.99 each
1 Tylenol PM RR $5.39

Total was roughly $60.00 with tax

- 2 x $2.00 Garnier q's
- 2 x $2.00 Dimetapp q's
- $1.00 off Tylenol PM CVS q (got through regular mail)
- $1.00 off Tylenol PM q (manufacturer)
- $4.00 off $20.00 current printable
- $10.00 off $50.00 CRT

This would have been even better with the $3.00 Ameal q, but I didn't have one. But still! Gave them $33 in ECBs, got back $45 in ECBs and another $10 off $50 CRT. Total was $1.02 OOP cash. I also have at the bottom of my receipt $5.39 towards my Tylenol deal which I will finish next transaction. :)

Today was my very first time at CVS with all the coupons and deals. I don't even know if I got what I should have...it was a lot to figure out...I assume practice helps.

I was most proud of my Sunsilk deal--I am surprised no one mentioned it yet? Maybe it's not that great, or I didn't see where it was mentioned. CVS has Sunsilk's on sale 2 for 7.00. One type of shampoo was prepackaged with 2, labeled B1G1. I had a coupon from the Sunday paper for buy one shampoo, get 1 conditioner free. The conditioner has 1.00 off coupon taped to the bottle. So, I ended up with 2 shampoos and 1 conditioner for 2.50.

I also got the Garnier deal with the 2 dollar coupons and a bunch of other stuff just on sale at CVS with a few coupons from the Sunday paper and this forum (soups, lever body wash, palmolive, dove) Woohoo! Thanks everyone.:)

I didn't feel like bothering with the whole exchange thing, especially since there seemed to be a meeting with a bunch of CVS managers at the second CVS. I will just suck up the loss. :( I only did two 55 dollar orders and only used a 10 off 50 and a 4 off 20. I was tempted to throw in another printable, but didn't. Plus, I forgot to use a 3.50 off coupon for the Dove vitalizer!! I guess today is just not my day...(it's my birthday, but I don't feel like celebrating...getting too close to 30!) :)

It's no big deal to take it back and explain you got the wrong thing--especially if you have the receipt. I did that today with the wrong Crest mouthwash. The manager refunded my purchase, then I went and got the right size.

i went to yet ANOTHER store i've never gone too (they just keep appearing!) just wanted to get another paper for the extra q's but i also ordered 15 of the ultra q's. i guess being deprived last time really made me want lots of them! not that i need more monitors i think i have about 30 of them and really need to get rid of them. not sure who is going to take them though.

anyways nothing big just a paper, coke 4 small snowglobes (going to the troops), and 2 hersheys kisses. used a 2/10 and 4/20. the expired 2/10 didn't beep. i just didn't have the motivation or time to do a big order so i feel like i missed out on more savings! :lmao: i guess i'll survive though.

I have a question for the CVS veterans. How many months/years have you been shopping using the CVS extra bucks program? And, approximately how much have you saved per card?

I've been shopping at CVS since last June. I shop for myself and my parents. My year to date savings is about $2,000.00 for each card.

Just wondering if some of you have been at this for years and about how much you're "saving" every year with this program.

Hello...

So was looking at the B1G1 deals for this week and saw we have a L'oreal deal this week or so at least in CA. So I was tryingto figure the best way to get some more Lipgloss and looking at the L'oreal coupons it appears all the barcodes start with the same number so technically they'd all be good for each other on every product. So I saw there's a $5 off $3 off $2 off and $1 off. When examining this I saw all the Qs start with the same barcode numbers so they ought to be good for all items. Now this is a YMMV if your cashier puts it thru.

Another thing that I noticed while I was looking at the previous week and coming weeks is that I don't know who else is a John Frieda fan BUT if you got a RC for the b1g1 deal that we just had it would be awesome if you use it in a few weeks when its buy 3 items and get $5 ECB. so 6.99 x 3 would be 21 and only $5 ecb and mixing with the $3 off Q youd be at 12. So if you've got the b1g1 RC then its 6.99 x2 (bc 2 will be FREE) so 14 but use $3 off x4 so its Minus $12 and get back $5

Went on my FIRST CVS run in 3 weeks!!! It was a short trip too. I had to use $5 ECB that was expiring today. I have over $75 in Expired ECBs, but my usual store takes them, so I don't worry.

Picked up:
100 ct cotton balls (needed this) $1.49
Atkins 4 pack shake $7.65
2 Garnier Nutri-Pure face washes (one was a yellowish color, the other a sort of clear light green- which color is it supposed to be??? :lmao: )- $5.99 each x2

Used:
Free atkins shakes -$7.65
$4/20 -$4
2 $2 Garnier moisturizer printable coupons- -$4
-$5 ECB

Total came out to 84 cents OOP and got back $10 ECB. Not a super slick deal, but lately I can't put myself to do big orders. It just stresses me out and makes me nervous, which is why I haven't been to CVS in ages. I think I'll just stick with these short and sweet deals till I get back in the mood for CVSing

I have a question for the CVS veterans. How many months/years have you been shopping using the CVS extra bucks program? And, approximately how much have you saved per card?

I've been shopping at CVS since last June. I shop for myself and my parents. My year to date savings is about $2,000.00 for each card.

Just wondering if some of you have been at this for years and about how much you're "saving" every year with this program.
i've only been cvs'ing for about a month, and i have $2500 savings, and just over $100 spent on one card.

I bought the Gilette razor and shaving gel combo pack and it rang up 11.99 and i didn't get the ECB's... I farking did this twice and didn't realize until after the transaction the second time!

I was planning on doing this deal on all my cards, but realized it was not working. I too bought the $11.99 one and no ECB...returned it for a $9.99 reg gillette and still no ECB..so they returned it, gave me cash and then sold it to me for $4.99. I decided to wait until later in the week to try on the other cards..hopefully they will fix the deal.

Has anyone ever purchased a phot gift with ECB's? That may be a good way to "kill" ECB's.

I just bought a dog bowl with my a pic of my dog...I was going to use a 3 off crt, but it says that the bowl will be ready in 2-3 weeks!! Maybe, they will still let me use it. Hopefully, I can also use ECB's. If not, I will pull out the money card. :)

Have anyone looked into the buy $20 of Lumene lifting/Time Freeze, ... get $5 ecb? On the Time Freeze, it is really not a good deal. Since each of them is $19.99. So one has to buy 2 (and $39.98) in order to get the $5 ecb.

Nope this isnt a hot deal compared to when I snagged on the Lumene deal. I think my deal was about 2 mos ago that I got like the gift bags with trial size and it was buy 1 get 1 free or something to that effect and bags were 6.99ish.

i live in MI and bottle deposit is $0.10/ can. so, $1.20/ 12 pack. also, for the energizer, i was planing on getting 4 4- packs of e2 batteries that cost $5.49/ each. i am assuming that the ecb deal is $20 for any energizers not just the $8.99 mega pack shown in the ad. of course, i could be wrong!! i have made similar cvs mistakes in the past.

i did stop by the store on the way to pick up pizza for dinner, hoping to find something cheap to buy just to get some $/$ crts! it was my lucky day b/c halloween was marked 90%!! i bought candy corn for $0.09 & got a $5/$25 crt just in time for my tuesday mega purchase!! i was also fortunate enough to find many $2/$10 diabetes coupons! this is the 1st time that i saw them in the store.

I have a copy of the ad and it says 'Extra Bucks offer limit of 2 per card number".

Just and FYI, In my my add it says limit one, but i did the deal yesterday and it gave me totals. So i bought 2 more packs and it gave me another $10 and then said limit reached. So the limit must be $40.

It's that time again....

I did the Advil Cold and Sinus deal yesterday and had to get it from the pharmacy and they scanned my licence, had to sign some kind of statement and pay for it at the pharmacy. On my original Enigizer $10 ECB I bought the 8-pk Energizer batteries for $7.99. I've been thinking about taking them back and exchanging them for the 16-pk for 8.99. The 15-pk for $8.99 is a better deal and I would just pay the difference. I don't really want to take them back to the store where I bought them, so could I take them back to a different store with my receipt? Also, how will this effect my $10 ECB (already spent), so would the repurchase go towards the next ECB?

Funny thing happened to me yesterday...

I walked into CVS right after open. I walked over to the Nova location and looked for another one... just in case. The manager came "running" over and said we don't have any... you bought them all. He said every time you come in here you buy one...

Hmmmm... On the first day of this deal I bought 1 at his store and left 3.... then I went to the other store in town and bought 1, left 3. The second day his store was sold out and the second store had 2 left.. I got 1 and the cashier got the other one....... So, I got 3 out of 8 in the town .... not all of them... and not more than one at his store....

I know now that they are talking about me and my shopping.... Wow, talk about making a guy feel self conscious...

Good thing was when I went to the scanner and scanned my 2 cards... I got like 5 coupons print out on each.... One of the cards got 2 $4/$20 back to back in one scan.... I loved the coupons... and these are right from his store so he can't say anything about them.....

That's the bad thing about small towns and limited CVS's .... you quickly become someone they remember....

So... thanks SlickDeals for making me popular in my CVS stores... Now I guess I'm a celebrity, dangit....... My wife heard that and once again said she will never shop with me ........:lmao:

I thought about what I would say to any of the managers or cashiers if they ever said anything to me about buying so many monitors (Novas, Contours, OneTouch). I decided that I would look them straight in the eye and tell them in my most pleasant/sweet voice that I was buying them in order to donate to people who couldn't afford them and really needed them. I would continue that I was glad that CVS always had such great deals on them so that I could do it. It will be interesting if they can find a negative reply to that!

So anyone in VA know the limit on pseudoephedrine? I can't find a deffinite answer. (I have multiple cards and do not want to get a "you have bought to much" reponse.)

I’ve noticed that my receipts will say the daily psedoephedrine limit right on it.
For 2 ECB’s Advil cold and sinus, it came to 1.20 grams NJ law allows 3.60 grams daily. HTH

Can someone share their list for the 5/25 beauty Q’s? I have all the good Q’s but no inspiration. Lol…

Simple List:

(2) Garnier Towelettes @ 5.99 ($10 ECB back)
(1) 23.7 Ounce H &S @ 7.39 ($2 ECB back)
(1) Gilette Venus Razor @ 8.99 ($4 ECB back)
---------------------------------------------
Total: $28.36
-$5/25 Beauty
-$4/20 E-mail
-$2 Garnier (from 08/26 V Insert)
-$2 Garnier (from 08/26 V Insert)
-$2 Venus Razor (from 10/14 P & G)
-$2 H & S (from 10/14 or 11/4 P&G -- forget which one)
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Total: $11.36 and get back $16.00

The above order has been approved by the users of the other message board. :)

Razors and Shampoo are considered beauty products -- at my store they are in the section where the Health and Beauty Manager works, and that area is clearly marked BEAUTY.

Add in another $1.64 of stuff and use a $2/10 also, if your store allows that.

I think it is 3.6 g/day in VA. There is also a 30 day limit. I think that is 9g.

I messed up on the tylenol deal, and I even had a copy of the ad! The allergy meds I got were nighttime - which shows up on the lower left hand corner of the box and I couldn't see that in the rack, and I bought a tylenol liquid cold that I had a coupon for but it was not on the list. I'm going to try and exchange the 2 for the right products and just tell them I meant to get the others so I could get the $5 ECBs. I've never taken anything back there before so I hope it works out.

I'm planning to use the $5 ECB plus $10 more ECBs toward the doctors mouthguard. I

yeah cvs can't do anything. the computers won' tknow what's going on. doing it once is great but more than that isn't fun.

don't you hate it when you realize something is a better deal after you pay? that always annoys me!

Today i noticed that there is also a 16-pack of AAA's, so I will probably take back the 2 AA 8-packs and the AAA 8-pack and pay the difference to get the 16-packs. The 16-packs are a better deal since for a $1 more you get 8 more batteries. The 16-packs are on sale for $8.99 and regularly $11.99!

for energizer batteries, i found $2 off peelies on packages at the cvs store. i am not aware of any $2 off cvs printable. which are those? i do have a $2 off cvs energizer crt that i will be using.

The Energizer hearing aid $2 coupon is on www.smartsource.com on one of the 8 pages.

-snipped-

Oh I'm sure they talk about me and my coupons too, as I was limited at another different store today. I was told by a manager in a nice motherly way 'You can only use 2 coupons on each kind of product since that's what you are limited to printing [apparently they did some research] ... else it is coupons fraud. You can buy more than 2, but only use 2 coupons on the same kind of product.'

There's something like 20 stores in this city...

Yes, they do work on this deal. I just returned from a quick CVS run - I bought the charger for $8.99 and a couple of packs of batteries - they had the peelies attached and I got my $10.00 back and it looks as if the limit is 2. Ok so had a good run going but tried to use the $3/1 Glade Flameless Candle and the BOGO and it would not take the BOGO (manager was checking me out and tried 3 times)...thought I needed another item since I stacked both the $2/10 Diabetes q's & $2/$10 CRTS (different codes), not to mention the $10/$50 & $3/$15 IP's (man I should have picked up deodarant cuz my super friendly young guy cashier was manning the register when I came in, but check out time came and it was the manager  !!! I was sweating bullets on my stacking). Since the manager kept reading exceeds coupon amount I threw on a $.69 pack of chicklets, no go. Switched out the BOGO to a $2.00 IP and had to use a $12 ECB instead of a $5 :(

What did I do wrong on the BOGO...do I give them the BOGO first?

Although the manager and I did have a laugh when he asked if I had a CVS card and I replied, "of course I  you, well not you but CVS" He replied, "Well my wife wouldn't care too much for that statement  " So I tried to get him loosey goosey before we got to the q's. Told him DH wouldn't appreciate my initial comment either, but  that I  CVS (because that means all kinds of goodies cheap or free)

Ooh, so glad I read this. I've been meaning to buy rechargables for my new camera which weirdly enough, takes AA (so used to lithium). I just got some cheap batteries at Walgreens - (is that OK to say here?? it was a flyer coupon for 99cents for a 4 pack of store brand) but I'd still rather get rechargables.

Oh just a hint to all of you if you want to be able to use both 5/25s get in on the L'oreal B1g1 deal and it will be sufficient to use them both technically. Now that powder brush deal looks nice. Gotta write down the prices on all the b1g1 L'oreal items. Oh does anyone know if the L'oreal stuff makes your face glitter as the CG powder makes your face glitter but its still good stuff. Now I need to trade off these foundations as I really wanted the Powder instead bu tyou've got to buy the Foundation to get the Powder. >> I'm kidding about trading it off<<< Sarcasm as I'll probably end up using it but not as fast as the Powder which I like A LOT~~~

Woo, that's a good deal! I have a Glade Flameless candle I got from Target. I still don't know how to make it "puff" out the frangrance.

I think I'm back in the CVS game! Had another successful run today, basically the same as yesterdays haul. I wanted to max out the Garnier deal for the week on bf's card before I move on to my own card.

I got:
2 Garnier face wash, 2 Cherry chapstick, a Colgate total, and an Atkins 4 pack of shakes. I used $2.50 ECB and .95 on a gift card and got back $10 for the Garnier! :yummy: The lady let me stack a $4/20 email and a $3/15 CRT. She was super nice to me, I gave her one of my cherry chapsticks ( this!) and she was happy! Now I am excited about CVS again!

I still need to go this week to get: Novamax (if I can find it), 4 12 packs of Coke (has anyone found any coupons for this?), Palmolive Dish soap, Dove Vitalizer (but only if I am lucky to get a $5 Dove CRT).

Does anyone know if there are any good Aveeno deals in the coming week? I need to buy the Positively Ageless Serum (this stuff is AWESOME!!). It full price $19.99 and on sale this week for $17.99, but want to know if there's any ECB deals for Aveeno anytime soon?

Pulled this from the wiki

Glade Wisp Flameless Candle 0.26 oz., Scented Oil Candles Trio 1.5 oz., or PlugIns Light Show 0.71 oz. $8.99
- Free Glade Scented Oil Candles Refill up to $3.49 wyb Glade Scented Oil Candle (12-1-07) 11/4 SS
- $3.00 Glade Wisp Flameless Candle Starter Package, any (12-31-07) 11/4 SS
- B1G1 Glade Wisp Flameless Candle Starter Kit up to $10 Printable 1, Printable 2

Stacking the BOGO & the $3/1 did not work for me...but I did make a 2nd run tonight (fearing they will shut down the $10/$50 soon) and had these in my order. I stacked (3) $2/$10 CRTS (different codes) both $2/$10 diabetes q & the $3/$15 non-expired IP. Used (2) $5 ECB's...should have paid closer attention, but this was a deal on the fly, went negative and added gum for DD and ended up with $1 oop. Finished up my Garnier deal on my card, got 1 CVS cotton swabs, did the Dimetapp deal as well as BOGO Loreal...needed salt, & did the Glade flameless candle with only the BOGO q. I feel better for having redeemed my first run! Spent $10 ECB's but earned $17 back.

After a 6 month CVS hiatus, I am officially back into my addiction!

It helps that we can stack all of these CRT's & flyer q's!

And now to quote Aerosmith...."I'm baaaaaaaaaaack, I'm back in the saddle again!!!!!" :whee:  :yahoo: :dance14:

New crts I got today:

another 10 off 50
$5 off $30 cvs.com
$1 on Purell 8oz
$1 off Nivea Smooth Sensation 13.5oz lotion
$1 pff Dibbs 60ct pr Drumstick 4ct ice Cream snack
$2 of Pediasure 6pk shakes

I got these when I stopped at the pharmacy to get the 2 Advil Cold & Sinus. And then when I checked out first for the rest of the stuff, the register ran out of paper right after my receipt printed. So I didn't even get a single ecb printed. Not to mention any crt. I know I was going to get 4 ecbs ($10 for Garnia, $1 for Contrex water, $1 for Palmolive and $3 for Hershey). I overheard the cashier told the manager that I had 10 coupons coming. So I think I was going to get 6 crts with the 4 ecbs. I am just steaming mad right now.:(

At first glance, I wasn't too impressed with CVS this week.
I've been 3x already this week. Normally, I am lucky to get there once each week.
The smallish deals with the 5/25's and 2/10's have made it worthwhile.

I don't know why, but the only CRT's I've been getting that are money off
have been the 5/25 ones. Is there any rhyme or reason to it?

Who else has been tricked by those razor CRTs for blades and not the razor on sale in the weekly flyer?

No luck with the Novas here, but I really don't want to tick off my local stores.
If I see one in stock, I may try it to see what happens. But those monitors haven't been in stock around here even before the deal was posted on SD. :dontknow:

I did pick up a Dove facial massager thingie. I like it
Never stopped to think if the refills are spendy are not.
Does anyone else do like I did and save the pad in a ziploc to use the next morning?

i'm unloading glucose monitors from last month plus toothpaste, soap, shampoos, etc that have been stacking up under the sinks. plus a whole lot of canned corn. for some reason it went out of favor at our house. someone might as well eat it. work has a bin going to san diego fire victims. no need to hoard so much of this stuff at home. i'm going to keep recycling ecb's to get more anyway.
