Can you apply discounts/rebates at CVS or any store for that matter when using gift cards? If so, www.otartel.com as many of you may know has discount gift cards. not sure of their legitmacy but this is just something to think about

Read other postings about www.otartel.com in other threads on this site. Certainly been a miserable experience for me, looks like my money is gone at this point.
