Not the greatest in the world. it says wildberry flavor on the package, but has a funky sweet-n-low taste with a really sharp aftertaste at the end, but if they're gonna pay me to take them, it's better than my usual Monster fix at $2 a pop

I work at a CVS. The energy drinks are located behind the check-out counter at my store. They're near the liquor and cigars. I think they're trying to prevent theft and abuse... That stuff is supposed to be pretty powerful! :yummy:

Found in my store in SC. First got 6 of them and used 2 off and 3off 15 coupons and paid 10.57 with tax.
Got 24 ecb + 10off 50.
got 10 JJ shampoo, cream, wash etc (which I really wanted) and 2 ponds cream
used 10off 50, 3off 15 and 2off 10 and the 24 ECB, and 5 JJ printable coupons ($2off 2) to get them free. (and got 5ECB back from ponds)

Could have get more stuff and use 5 off 30, 4 off 20, however mine were expired and he refused to get them, but I am happy to get 10 JJs and 2 ponds for 5 oop.

Got my store and found only 3 packs...so took them and hid them. Hit the next store about 2 miles away and they had none. So I drove back to the first and thought I will buy all 3. I saw one of the employee stocking paste ..just walked over her and asked if she has more of these..she pointed me in a diff direction and there they had at least 20...Darn I should have asked in first visit !! It should be fine if you eat a little something too! This seems very similar to the 5 hour energy shots. Is it the same thing, but enhanced? I will say that it seems to be working well, but maybe I should have eaten something too. I think it's way better than some energy products that have waaaayyyy too much Niacin, which just turns me bright red and hot.

Actually, since this is a monthly deal, I'll be in for only 4 today, and will buy the 5th at a later date. Since I'm only interested in the Buy one, get one free, to get two ECBs for free, I don't need to buy the 5th one today - not interested in the 6th (free) can.

This is a toxic brew that will end up on the shelf with the Enviga "tea" that I'm not interested in drinking, either. It seems the only way that CVS can push sucralose and aspartame on us is to pay us to take it out of the store!

It will be interesting to see how CVS handles rain checks on these. IMHO, OP is correct to encourage buying today. Although the ECBs will print the entire month, up to the limit of 5, I think the way that a cashier rings up a BOGO with rain check will result in the GO (second, free bottle) not triggering an ECB.:rolleyes:

FYI: I could only use the $2/10 CVS cpn (located in CVS coupon thread), as right after scanning my EC card my total stated $14.97 and it would not let her enter the $4/20 cpn, and before that the 4/20 states must be used with your EC card. How did the rest of you use that cpn?

the cashier is supposed to hit total and it'll take the free ones off your total and bring the total down. i think when they hit the total button, it's after the coupons are given. some cashiers may hit total and scrwe everything up.

Oasis isn't in the weekly ad - it is a monthly deal. There is no signage at my CVS and the shelf says the mouthwash is 8.49 but it rings up 5.99.

You can pick up one of the monthly ads in the store.......bright red, says December ECB...they have them at the registers here & also where they sell Sunday papers. The EBs print immediately. You can buy 2 (BOGO) and use that EB to buy 2 more......rinse,repeat....if you choose.

Thanks OP!! I saw these things a while back and wanted to give them a try since I am a caffeine and energy drink "junkie". I was able to get six from a full display on the pharmacy counter. Added a piece of candy for filler. I used a $2 off $10 that was sitting in a display next to the energy shots. I got rid of 13.50 in ECB's that were expiring next week and paid $0.18 OOP. Cool!! The cashier's jaw dropped when I paid.... then her eyes popped out of her head when she saw the $24.95 ECB's print out on the receipt. Great deal. Thanks!!

I actually lucked out. I got 6 drinks, Softsoap, 2 cough drops, plus 10 bucks in other stuff, used 4/20, 2/10, and a 2 Mft coupon, I owed $25.01, I gave her a 20 ECB and $5.01 in cash. The $3.00 ECB for the Softsoap didn't print out, so I went to the manager and he said I needed to call SHOPCVS, I asked him if I could return the softsoap and he said yes and I got back $6.49 in cash. So I got $27 in ECB, made money, and plan on returning $30 dollars of that crappy drink elsewhere for more stuff. WTG CVS!!!

GO to CVS today before it closes or hit a 24 hour one.
The 6 hour extreme Energy Shots that give 4.99 in bucks for December (basically free) are TWO FOR ONE and still give bucks for the one you buy. Only through Dec 1st TODAY are they 2 for 1!!!

We took four $20's (different accounts) and puchased 5 2 packs for 25$ roughly and took the total down with 3 off 15 and 2.00 off coupons. Threw in a candy bar and the machine printed 24.95 in roll over bucks! SWEET!

I guess the 40 2 packs of shots that we got essentially free will go to the college kids .............all nighters are covered for a few semesters. ( I know they are not good but they are going to drink them anyway....might as well be free with bucks attached.

at one store we used a 4.99 buck.....they rang up completely free (b1g1) and printed TWO 4.99 bucks (one for the free one too go figure) but we bought the last two they had. Sweet deal i just turned over a 10 dollar ecb into 19.96! I bought 4, cuz they were buy1 get 1 and threw in 2 bags of 99 cent candy, used a 2 off 10 coupon then my toal was 9.96. Gave her the expiring 10 ecb, and machine printed out 19.96 in ebcs. what a country!!!!

Very true. My store allows stacking, and I almost always get rung up by the managers, they get excited over my savings. On the other hand, if I drive 10 minutes to another CVS, they HATE coupons and wont allow it..so it all depends and stacking is not illegal.

come on now, no they don't "encourage" it. the coupon is per purchase. You cannot stack 2 coupons, you can try to break up your items into 2 separate purchases.

I'm not the OP, but the answer is this item is featured in the December Savings Book that just came out and shows the ECB promo. It's not listed in the regular weekly ad, only in the month long ECB book.

The B1G1 was in this week's ad ending today (the first). The 4.99 ECB is a December monthly deal with a limit of five for the month (starting today, the first). The star's aligned today and both deals worked together.

Had a hard time locating this morning at a local CVS. While i was waiting in line to buy something else, found it and scored. In the evening, was in another town, a checked a cvs there - they had only 2 left ( There is a 5hr drink one which is not eligible).
On the way back stopped at my local cvs, there were plenty left scored 4 more.

The four of us had to visit four stores. The first one only had six. The second one took us to the wrong stuff and actually didn't have any. The third had twelve and the last one had about 40. We left about 34 on the shelves.

Now this may be a little late to mention but if you can't find it at the store get a RAINCHECK... Rainchecks NEVER Expire.... If you like a sale then get that...And this is in regards to all stores...

nope EBC deals for the week usally reset everyweek. so no rain check or storecredit can't give out because theres no the store have no control over EBC. thats why i think under every ads its says "some store my vary while supply last. "

There's no reason to act like that about it. Maybe only the larger stores will end up carrying them regularly, but they do have their own spot next to the other kind with "new item" tags at several different stores.

The RC says BOGO free for 6 of them. RC items have produced ECBs assuming you use them during the correct sale.

I haven't had problems using RCs in the past and I don't see any reason why that would change now. There's no reason to discourage others from using theirs if they got one.

Sweet! Worked for me yesterday, first chance I've had to post. They do taste pretty nasty, but I poured one into a red powerade and it was great, tasted kind of like gamefuel. Planning on doing that with the rest of mine.

He took a second ounce after 3 hours which is what the bottle recommends, but he still didn't feel much. However, he usually complains of needing a nap ever day and today he did not.

I couldn't do a second ounce...so I have been taking a sip every 2 hours which has kept me going all day.

I checked the label on these yesterday.... 200mg of caffine! Legal speed in a bottle. I wouldn't drink to much, especially if you have a heart murmur like I do.

Yes, the ecb is still printing since this is a monthly deal. The one day thing was to combine the weekly sale of BOGO free deal and get the ecb too. Some people are waiting it out to see if it goes on sale again later in the month.

What held you back from buying the 5th one? You could have gotten an ECB for that also.

Then uses the 4 off 20 and your ECB to purchase 5 of the mouth wash they have on sale for the month. Get $30 ECB. Go home happy.

I didn't buy them all on one card, and the store was/is out of mouth wash. Not buying all of one item at one time that has the full price refunded in ECB is strategy of mine. I prefer to get an individual ECB CRT q for each $4.99 each purchase, rather than one for a larger amount. It's easier to come up with deals for stuff I really want. I used the 5/15.

The supply of these in-store was always YMMV. You should ask the CSR. In the stores that have them, the bottles are often located in a display box near the cash registers. Make sure you ask about the 6-hour drink. The 5-hour drink located in the diet aids department doesn't generate any ECBs.
