I've gotten them to price match if it still shows in stock on the website. Depending on the employee they'll price match with just a print out that showed in stock, w/o actually checking the site. It has always been a fairly young employee that I've tried it with though.

What can you expect from Kohls? As far as cancellation of orders are concerns, they are in their own league. If they ship anything, consider yourself lucky and buy few lotto tickets.

For anyone who had this order canceled and still has their emails, these shoes are available again on their website. I contacted customer service and asked them how to go about getting them for the price I originally ordered them for. Here is their reply:

Thank you for contacting us regarding your Kohls.com order.

All you need to do is place a new order and we will credit you the difference upon completion. Let us know the new order number and include this email so that one of our representatives will be able to credit you properly. I apologize for any inconvenience this matter may have caused.

Lucky you! It took me 3 emails and 3 phone calls to finally get my price adjustment processed yesterday, almost 2 weeks later. According to one of their csr's, it can take 7 to 10 days to process a price adjustment. I guess they have a really slow computers :lol:
